X-rays are performed by specialised technicians called radiographers. X-ray examinations take only a few minutes (typically less than 10 minutes), and appointments for x-rays are not required. Just come see us during our opening hours, and we will be able to fit you in for your x-ray.

Prior preparation is not required for an x-ray. You may be required to change into a gown if the region being imaged contains buttons, metal, or zips, and you may also be asked to remove some pieces of jewellery to ensure images are diagnostic. The scan is performed in an open, enclosed environment.
